Sanjay Lavakare made a transition from a 16-year IT career to pursue full-time painting. His latest artwork is inspired by the unique aspects of Koramangala, influenced by conversations with local residents. Sanjay had previously been part of Bengaluru's IT industry but realized his true passion was in art. He chose to leave his corporate job to focus on painting, rejecting his company's sabbatical offer. Sanjay has been a regular participant at the Chithra Santhe art event. His recent piece captures the essence of Koramangala, incorporating elements suggested by neighbors Ashish and Ritu from L Street. The artwork features 50-60 elements specific to the neighborhood, some of which are obvious while others require a bit of interpretation.
